The difference between coaching and therapy.

I am asked all the time. '' What is the difference between a therapist and a life coach?'' Being both and qualified in both, I will explain. Life coaching and therapy are two different but complementary forms of professional help. Life coaching focuses on helping individuals set and achieve specific goals. In contrast, therapy addresses and resolves underlying emotional and mental issues. Both can provide valuable tools and insights to help individuals improve their overall well-being and find greater fulfilment in their lives.
